Our Services: The Climb to Circularity

Circularity isn’t a project. It’s a total approach.

Scarcity, value loss and complexity are converging faster than any one function can handle. Solving it needs strategy, policy, capital, leadership and dissemination working as one system. That’s what Circular Intelligence is built to be.

What it takes to solve

It starts with measurement. Then understanding. Then momentum.

01

It starts with measurement.

You can't manage what you can't measure. Circular Readiness Level (CRL) is our diagnostic — it surfaces where an organisation actually sits, and where it's stuck.

02

Then a massive dose of understanding.

The ISO 59000 family is the first shared vocabulary for circular economy. Our accredited course puts it to work inside real organisations — so teams speak the same language before they act.

03

And momentum — carried by every link in the chain.

Momentum is the hardest part. It requires strategy and vision at the top, policy fluency in the middle, capital that trusts the model, leaders who can align an organisation, and voices that can carry the message out.

Where Circular Intelligence comes in

A total approach needs a total team.

Circularity doesn’t fail from lack of ideas — it fails from missing capabilities. We built CI so that no single link in the chain is the weak one. Each person below owns a distinct lens on the same transition.

Leadership & organisational alignment

The internal side of change. How a leadership team gets aligned, how a middle layer stops blocking, and how a whole organisation moves in the same direction without losing operational tempo.

Getting the message out — into the rooms, publications, conferences and networks where circular thinking has to land to change behaviour. Our partners for reach, resonance and repeat exposure.

How we engage

Five rungs, one climb — and a policy rail alongside.

Each rung owns a specific transition up the Circular Readiness Level ladder. Policy & Funding runs as a rail across the whole climb, because both funding and regulation touch every stage.

  1. Assess & Map

    CRL 1

We place you on the ladder and name what is actually blocking progress, not what you assume is.

What you get: Maturity assessment + next steps brief. Typically 2-4 weeks.

Good for: Knowing where you genuinely stand before you spend on the wrong fix.

  2. Build Capability

    CRL 1 → 2

We build the shared understanding, leadership support and organisational conditions that make Compliance Readiness hold.

What you get: Capability plan + champion activation. Ongoing or phased.

Good for: The foundation everything else depends on. Skip this and CRL2 does not stick.

  3. Design & Deliver

    CRL 2 → 3

We turn readiness into structured programmes, pilots and working sessions that move real adoption forward.

What you get: Programme design + action plan. Typically 4-8 weeks.

Good for: When understanding exists and you need it to become practice.

    Explore Design & Deliver
  4. Evidence & Case Development

    CRL 3 → 4

We turn live circular work into credible proof for leadership, regulators, partners and frameworks.

What you get: Case studies + reporting materials. Typically 2-5 weeks.

Good for: When adoption is happening and integration depends on evidence others trust.

    Explore Evidence & Case Development
  5. Align & Orchestrate

    CRL 4 → 5

We coordinate the partners, suppliers and value-chain relationships that take integrated practice beyond your own walls.

What you get: Ecosystem map + alignment plan. Typically 6-10 weeks or ongoing.

Good for: When your own house is in order and the constraint is everyone else's.
