A PROGRAMME FOR EVERY DEADLINE
Every circular regulation lands on a date. We run a programme for each one.
CSRD, ESRS E5, EUDR, ESPR and the Digital Product Passport each arrive with their own clock and their own evidence demands. Below is the programme for each obligation, and an honest word about which ones you can ignore.
In our framework, compliance readiness is CRL2 of five. Organisations reach it without CRL1, shared understanding, and that is exactly where programmes stall a year later.

The programmes
Each programme answers one obligation. None of them requires buying the others, and every scoping call starts with whether you need the programme at all.

Digital Product Passport Sprint
A practical sprint that maps what Digital Product Passports mean for your products, data, suppliers and compliance obligations. Not a technology exercise: you map the product data you already have, what is missing and who owns it.

Product Circularity Data Sheets
Product-level circularity data built to ISO 59040. Start with a single-product pilot, then scale into a rollout that feeds ESPR and Digital Product Passports.

ISO 59000 Training & Certification Readiness
Two training formats, from a single-day orientation to an applied practitioner programme, built on ISO 59020, the measurement basis that reporting and regulation depend on. Certification readiness runs as a structured engagement over roughly ten to twelve months.

Fractional Chief Circularity Officer
A senior, part-time Chief Circularity Officer embedded in your leadership team, covering the boardroom case, the financial case, compliance capability and moving pilots into operations.

Which of these is actually yours?
A short conversation sorts your obligations by date and exposure, and tells you which programmes you do not need.
