Most circular regulations land on a date. We run a programme for the main ones.
CSRD, ESRS E5, EUDR, ESPR and the Digital Product Passport each arrive with their own clock and their own evidence demands. Below is the programme for each obligation, and an honest word about which ones you can ignore.
In our framework, compliance readiness is CRL2 of five. Organisations reach it without the shared understanding of CRL1, and that is where programmes tend to stall.

Customer questionnaires are increasingly built on the VSME standard (Commission Recommendation (EU) 2025/1710), and banks are starting to use the same format for SME lending.

The Empowering Consumers directive applies in both countries from the same day: no vague sustainability claims without explanation, evidence on request, only recognised independent labels.
