CSRD, ESRS E5, EUDR, ESPR and the Digital Product Passport each arrive with their own clock and their own evidence demands. Below is the programme for each obligation, and an honest word about which ones you can ignore.
In our framework, compliance readiness is CRL2 of five. Organisations reach it without CRL1, shared understanding, and that is exactly where programmes stall a year later.
