Circular Intelligence

THE SHEET YOUR AUDITOR WILL ASK FOR

Product circularity data that stands up to a regulator, an auditor and a buyer.

One PCDS, built to ISO 59040 — reused across every question you'll get asked.

What a PCDS is

The plain version: one sheet per product, so the numbers behind a circularity claim are actually there when someone asks.

What a PCDS is

A structured data sheet, per product, that describes recycled and bio-based content, the substances of concern present, disassembly and repair information, and end-of-life routes — with the evidence behind each answer.

What it is not

It is not a marketing claim, not a life-cycle assessment, and not a certificate. It is the underlying evidence base that marketing claims, LCAs and certifications draw from.

Why it matters now

One data set, many answers

A well-built PCDS answers ESPR product requirements, feeds a Digital Product Passport, and satisfies most customer circularity questionnaires — without recollecting the same data three times.

Built on ISO 59040

PCDS is an ISO 59040 method. It gives your buyers, auditors and regulators a common structure for reading product circularity claims, instead of a bespoke slide per product.

Suppliers are the hard part

Most of the data lives upstream. The work is not the sheet — it is agreeing what to ask, who answers, what counts as evidence, and how updates flow back.

First ESPR delegated acts land in 2027 for textiles and steel, with an ~18-month clock to compliance. Battery passports are mandatory from 18 February 2027. PCDS is how you get ready for both without rebuilding your data every time.

Two ways to work with us

Start with a pilot to prove the approach on one product. Move into a rollout when you are ready to cover a range.

Start here

PCDS pilot

One product, one PCDS produced end-to-end — so you can see what a defensible sheet actually looks like before you commit to a wider programme.

  • Scope one product and its bill of materials with your team.
  • Gather the data you already have; flag what is missing and who owns it.
  • Produce a complete PCDS structured to ISO 59040.
  • Short readiness note: what it would take to do this at scale.
Timeline: 4–6 weeks, fixed scope.
Best for: Companies that want proof of concept before funding a rollout, or that need one PCDS now for a specific customer, tender or product launch.
Pricing: Available upon request.

Scale it

PCDS rollout programme

A structured programme to produce PCDS across a product range, with the data model, supplier onboarding and internal handover to keep it running.

  • Data model and template set covering your product families.
  • Supplier onboarding — the questions to ask, the evidence to collect.
  • PCDS produced at scale, linked to ESPR and Digital Product Passport requirements.
  • Handover to your team so the sheets stay live after we leave.
Timeline: Typically 6–12 months, phased.
Best for: Manufacturers, brands and importers preparing for ESPR delegated acts and DPP obligations across a portfolio.
Pricing: Available upon request.

Where PCDS fits in your work

Feeds

Digital Product Passports

The PCDS is the underlying evidence a DPP publishes. Build the sheet once, and the passport has something to read.

Answers

Customer questionnaires

B2B buyers are asking the same circularity questions over and over. A PCDS lets you answer once and reuse the data.

Supports

ESRS & ESPR reporting

Product-level circularity data is the evidence base sitting behind your assured report and your product compliance dossiers.

Start with one product. Prove it works.

A scoping call tells us which product to pilot on, what data you already hold, and what a full rollout would look like — before you commit to either.
