CIRCULAR WORK IS LONELY UNTIL IT ISN'T
The Circular Economists chapters in Rotterdam and Dublin, and a growing network beyond them.
What this is
The Circular Economists is a global community of circular-economy professionals spanning dozens of countries and around 19 local chapters, founded and led by Vojta Vosecky. We run two of those chapters. Alexander Forrest runs the Rotterdam chapter and Mary Teehan runs the Dublin chapter. Both meet quarterly.
The network is decentralised. A chapter gets the name, and the host does everything else: builds the programme, books the venue, funds it and carries the risk on turnout. Circular Intelligence carries that for Rotterdam and Dublin.
The community is independent of Circular Intelligence. Running these chapters is how we stay close to the people doing circular work on the ground.

Current offices
Anchoring our work in the Netherlands and the wider North Sea and Baltic Sea region.
Supporting our work across Ireland, policy, research, partnerships, and European circular economy collaboration.
Where we're growing next
Circular Intelligence is actively exploring new offices and regional hubs, growing through the right people, in the right places, with trusted local networks and country-specific circular economy expertise.
The map will keep growing as we find the right partners in each region.
How it connects
The community is where readiness conversations usually start. People meet peers, see what good looks like, and get honest about where their own circular work actually stands.
When that turns into a need for structured help, our services are there.
Speakers
Every chapter event is anchored by practitioners doing real circular work. The roster below is the record: founders, researchers, policy leads and operators, each named with the organisation they came from.
