What the six weeks cover
In-person days fall on weeks 1, 3 and 5, spaced every other week to protect senior attendance.

Compliance and regulatory readiness
Working session on compliance and regulatory readiness (CRL2), including EU Taxonomy and EUDR exposure.
- Week 3In person
Circular strategies and business-model redesign
Full-day design intensive. Circular strategies and business-model redesign (CRL3).
- Week 4Online
One-to-one company clinics
One-to-one company clinics. A private CRL diagnostic deep-dive for each business.
- Week 5In person
Investability and integration
Full-day investability and integration intensive (CRL4 and CRL5). Roadmap and investment-readiness output.
- Week 6Online
Final presentations and commitments
Final presentations, commitments and next steps.

A board- and investor-ready output, per company
Every participating company leaves with its own written CRL diagnostic and investment-readiness memo: a document you can take straight to your board or an investor. This is the core of the programme, not an add-on.
